We achieve success together! Family campsite De Kleine Wielen works from the base, at the base. This basis is trust in each other and taking a step further to move forward. Our family consists of five people. You can meet all five of us at the campsite, at the reception, in the kitchen or on the terrace, in the field or among holidaymakers. We undertake a lot ourselves, such as building and managing our website, organizing activities for young and old to preparing dishes in our kitchen, mowing our fields and checking in new guests. Of course we cannot do all this entirely on our own. We work with a driven team where independence, creativity and development are paramount. The corporate culture is transparent and open, both towards our guests and among themselves. Within the team we work effectively together and because the lines are short, it is quick and easy to switch when asked of us. “It is important to us that guests and visitors feel welcome and can enjoy their holiday with a smile. Because my job consists of various activities, from my passion for marketing to catering, organizing activities, participating at the reception and actively going out with my camera, I come into contact with our guests in all kinds of ways. I really like it because you really experience everything ”, says Nicole, daughter and employee of Familiecamping De Kleine Wielen.
