General
Is there WIFI at Familiecamping De Kleine Wielen?
At the campsite you can use wireless internet in many places. We cannot guarantee WiFi in all places. During your stay you will receive 1 free WiFi ticket per camping pitch, this code is suitable for 1 device. In between, you can switch with another device by logging out. You can buy an extra code at the reception. It is good to take ‘camping wifi’ into account. Our campsite is located in a rural area and unfortunately we cannot guarantee a fast and stable internet connection.
How many ampere can I use?
Each camping pitch has 4 amps (880 watts) as standard.
Is it possible to use the facilities of Familiecamping De Kleine Wielen if you are not on the campsite?
Unfortunately this is not possible. The facilities at Familiecamping De Kleine Wielen are only for our camping guests.
I have a motor boat, is it allowed in the park?
Is / are my dog(s) welcome?
Own risk
Everyone present on the campsite stays at their own risk. Neither the campsite nor the management can be held liable for damage due to theft, damage due to power failure, damage as a result of natural phenomena, damage to goods or personal injury or whatever, in any way arisen or experienced, unless gross fault or negligence of the camping company itself.
To reserve
Is it possible to take an option before booking?
Yes, we can lock an option once for a maximum of 1 week. It is not allowed to reserve multiple options for different dates or accommodations in our system. As soon as the option has expired, it will expire, unless you give a signal before this date that you would like to convert the option into a definitive reservation. Please note that you will indeed receive a final confirmation.
Can I prefer to book a specific pitch or accommodation?
Yes, this is possible. In step 2, after entering the period and the number of people, you can choose a preferred booking. You will then see a map with green balloons at all places / numbers that are still available. When you click on one of these balloons, you can select a specific place / number. There are no additional charges.
Can I book online with an ACSI camping card?
Yes, that’s possible. During the booking process you can indicate in the “comments” field that you are in possession of the ACSI camping card. In this way, the price is manually changed by our employees before the final confirmation and invoice are sent. View the rates and the valid periods here.
Are people traveling alone and / or groups of young people allowed to stay at the park?
No, this is not allowed. Unaccompanied minor and / or groups of young people are not admitted to the park. The lead booker of a reservation must by definition be at least 21 years old.
I am interested in an annual or seasonal pitch. How does this work?
In both cases we would like to invite you for an introductory meeting. During this meeting we will explain to you how renting an annual and/or seasonal pitch works. If you would like to request an introductory meeting, please send an e-mail to info@dekleinewielen.nl with your available dates.
Can I rent an accommodation as a company?
No, this is not allowed. We only rent to private individuals.
Arrival & Departure
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
At a camping pitch you can check in after 2 pm and check out again before 12 noon. Are you renting an accommodation? Then you can check in after 2 pm and check out again before 10 am.
Can we also arrive earlier than the check-in time on the confirmation?
In the early and late season it is possible to arrive earlier at a tourist place, after consultation. It is best to contact the reception in advance. It is not possible to arrive earlier during the school holidays. It makes absolutely no sense to stand in front of the barrier with your camping equipment before 2 p.m. The gate will remain closed until 2 p.m., mainly because of the departing guests and the work planned on a changeover day.
Can I still check in after the reception closes?
Yes, we appreciate it if you arrive late to make this known on time. You can contact us before 5 p.m. on telephone number 0511-431660. If the reception is closed, you can report to the restaurant.
Can I already / still use the facilities on the day of arrival and departure?
Yes, both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure you can use all facilities in our park all day long. Ask about the possibilities at the reception. If the spot is not yet available or there is a new arrival, you can park your cars and any camping equipment outside the barrier in our (free) parking lot.
During your stay
Can I place an extra tent next to my camping equipment?
One additional tent of maximum 4m2 is allowed. You must report this to the reception when booking or upon arrival. You may place the extra tent next to the caravan, not next to the awning. It is not allowed to place an extra tent at our rental accommodations.
Can we barbecue?
Barbecuing is allowed if the barbecue is at least 30 centimeters from the ground. Do you also keep a bucket of sand or water nearby, should something go wrong? Barbecuing is not allowed in extreme drought. Fire baskets / open fires are not allowed.
Is a guest allowed to camp with us?
Yes, this is allowed. This must be reported and paid at the reception.
Can I place a party tent?
It is possible to place a party tent without side walls. This is only allowed in place of an awning and should be placed in front of the awning. The maximum dimensions are 3 by 3 meters. It is not allowed to place a party tent at our rental accommodations.
Can we enter the park with a second car?
Only one car may enter the campsite at a time. If you do come with a second car, you can park it outside the barrier in the designated parking spaces. In consultation with the reception there are possible possibilities for a second car.
Can we also do our laundry during the stay?
Yes, this is possible. The launderette is located at the rear of the reception building.
Accommodations
Is bed linen available in the rented accommodation?
All accommodations have standard duvets and pillows (with the exception of the Dreampods). You can bring your own bed linen. It is also possible to rent bed linen from us (excluding towels and tea towels) for € 10.00 p.p. You must mention the rental of linen when booking. Duvets and pillows are available (with the exception of the Dreampods). If you choose to bring your own bed linen, please take into account:
- 1-person fitted sheet / pillowcase
- 1 person duvet cover
- Towels and tea towels
Upon departure, you must remove the rented bed linen from the beds.
Is there a cot / high chair in the accommodation?
This is not stated in the accommodation. You must bring this yourself.
Is / are my dog(s) welcome?
Pets are not allowed in all our accommodations.
Is smoking allowed in the accommodations?
No, smoking is not allowed in all our accommodations.
Can I place an extra tent next to my accommodation?
It is not allowed to place an additional tent at all our rental accommodations.
Can we barbecue?

When will I get my deposit back from my rented accommodation?
The deposit for an accommodation, or the remainder thereof, will be refunded no later than 10 days after departure. Your account number must of course be known to us for this.
Payment & Invoices
What are the payment terms?
When you have made a reservation, you pay 50% of the total amount within 8 days. The other 50% can be paid before arrival or on the day of arrival. Do not forget to mention the reservation number when paying.

Has my payment been received in good order?
You will receive a payment confirmation by email as soon as your payment has been processed in our reservation system. This can take up to 4 days.
Cancel or adjust
I want to cancel, how does this work?
If you have taken out cancellation insurance with us, it is best to consult the cancellation conditions first. You can find it here.
If you have continuous cancellation insurance yourself, please contact your insurance company. If you have taken out cancellation insurance through us, please send an email to info@dekleinewielen.nl. In this email, please state your name, reservation number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, you can follow the cancellation conditions prescribed by the RECRON. These can be found here (under the heading RECRON conditions Article 6 Cancellation). Choose the conditions that apply to you. If you make use of the RECRON conditions, you can send an e-mail to info@dekleinewiel.nl. In this e-mail, please state your name, reservation number and reason for cancellation. We will process your request as soon as possible.
I want to change my reservation, how can I do this?
You can adjust a reservation made by sending an e-mail to info@dekleinewielen.nl. Describe what you want to have adjusted, so we can see if this is possible.
